Job description

Certified Contractor Role
Initio Sphere — Private Capital Ecosystem
https://initiosphere.org

Compensation:
Deal-based earnings + performance bonuses
(Typically $1,000–$10,000+ per closed transaction, based on deal size and role)

About Initio Sphere

Initio Sphere is a private capital ecosystem connecting fund managers, investors, and operators with high-quality deal flow, research support, and institutional infrastructure across private markets. Our platform is built for professionals seeking real exposure, meaningful upside, and verified credibility—not job boards, spreadsheets, or unpaid work.

Role Overview

Initio Sphere is onboarding Deal Review & Risk Analysts to provide structured evaluation, risk assessment, and diligence support for private market investment opportunities.

This is a certified contractor role, not employment. Analysts operate independently and are activated through a verification and approval process.

Once approved, Deal Review & Risk Analysts will:

  • Assess investment opportunities for risk, structure, and strategic fit

  • Review preliminary deal information and provide independent analysis

  • Support capital allocators and Deal Scouts in deal evaluation

  • Earn transaction-based compensation for deals that close

  • Build a verified track record in deal review and risk assessment within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

This role is ideal for professionals with analytical expertise, due diligence experience, and exposure to private market deals.

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Approved Deal Review & Risk Analysts may:

  • Evaluate proprietary or semi-proprietary investment opportunities

  • Conduct risk assessments and highlight key deal considerations

  • Provide structured deal context: asset type, structure, economics, and risk factors

  • Support early-stage diligence and facilitate handoffs to capital partners or analysts handling modeling

  • Help maintain high-quality deal vetting standards within the Initio Sphere network

Note: Analysts are not responsible for sourcing deals independently, underwriting, or raising capital.

Eligible Deal Types

Based on approval, Analysts may support opportunities across:

  • Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)

  • Private equity and growth equity transactions

  • Operating businesses and special situations

  • Structured or opportunistic investments

Deal categories are approved according to research and risk assessment experience.

Compensation & Economics
  • Compensation is success-based only

  • Typical earnings: $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed deal

  • Paid upon transaction close and fee collection

  • Economics vary by deal size, structure, and Analyst role

  • No caps on earnings for consistently high-quality deal review and risk support

How Analysts Get Activated
  1. Submit a Deal Review & Risk Analyst application with background details

  2. Complete verification and category approval

  3. Get activated within the Initio Sphere platform

  4. Begin reviewing and assessing qualified deals

No cold pitching or blind outreach: all opportunities are curated and introduced through platform channels.

Compliance Notice

Deal Review & Risk Analysts do not:

  • Provide investment advice

  • Solicit securities

  • Market investments to the public

  • Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity

All activity is limited to deal assessment, risk evaluation, and relationship facilitation in compliance with applicable securities laws.

Who This Role Is For
  • Analysts with experience in financial, operational, or strategic due diligence

  • Operators or consultants with visibility into private market transactions

  • Professionals close to deal flow who can evaluate risk and structure

  • Networked individuals who consistently see opportunities early

Why Join Initio Sphere
  • Monetize analytical and risk assessment expertise without building a fund

  • Earn on transactions without underwriting or capital risk

  • Work directly with credible capital allocators

  • Build long-term signal, trust, and deal evaluation track record

  • One ecosystem for sourcing, credibility, and upside
