What you’ll do:

As a Program Director, you will provide leadership and oversight of a Day Program location, ensuring exceptional services while fostering our signature WOW! Magic culture.

You'll:

  • Lead the daily operations of Day Habilitation, Community-Based Day Supports (CBDS), Employment Services, and ABI Supports.
  • Ensure high-quality documentation, individualized goal implementation, regulatory compliance, and accurate billing.
  • Build, mentor, and develop an engaged, high-performing team through hiring, coaching, recognition, and performance management.
  • Champion American Training's unique WOW! Magic culture, creating an environment where Guests and Colleagues thrive.
  • Maintain compliance with DDS regulations, including staffing, safety, incident management, and program quality.
  • Grow the program by building strong relationships with local agencies and referral sources.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience overseeing a Day Program.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
