- Monitor staff performance, professional standards, credentials, documentation, and compliance with agency policies and procedures.
- Conduct performance evaluations and address performance concerns in collaboration with program leadership and Human Resources.
- Partner with the Crisis Peer Support Supervisor to promote strong team cohesion and effective collaboration between clinical and peer-support staff.
- Support recruitment and onboarding efforts in collaboration with the Program Director and Human Resources.

- Represent AMHC's Mobile Crisis Program with community and organizational partners.
- Develop, implement, and maintain community partnerships and Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs).
- Assist leadership in assessing community service needs and identifying opportunities to strengthen mental health, peer support, substance use, prevention, and related services.
- Lead and support MHRT-CSP certification training for AMHC staff.
- Provide postvention support and follow-up following suicide deaths, fatalities, critical incidents, or other traumatic events, including support for staff, partners, individuals, and affected groups.
- Participate in co-response initiatives and complete required law-enforcement-related training.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
We are looking for a leader who is compassionate, dependable, adaptable, and committed to high-quality behavioral health services. The ideal candidate will have strong supervisory and communication skills, the ability to remain calm in crisis situations, and a passion for building collaborative relationships within the community.

- Flexibility to meet the needs of a 24/7 crisis-service environment.
Schedule & Work Environment
- This is a nonexempt position with a schedule that may vary based on the needs of the Mobile Crisis Team.
- Employees must be available to work weekends, evenings, awake overnights, and holidays as needed.
- Due to the unpredictable nature of crisis services, occasional schedule changes, extended shifts, or coverage during normally scheduled time off may be necessary.
- Overtime compensation is provided in accordance with AMHC policies and applicable law.
- The position works in a variety of environments, including office, community, and crisis-response settings, and requires travel throughout the service area.
