Director of Emergency Medicine Residency Program - Physician

Primary Responsibilities:

• Direct the Emergency Medicine Residency Program, ensuring high standards of quality, outcomes, and adherence to ACGME, institutional, and departmental guidelines, in collaboration with a comprehensive array of EM fellowship programs.
• Manage the development of the curriculum and educational atmosphere to equip residents for independent practice, scholarly activities, and leadership roles in emergency medicine.
• Lead a team dedicated to achieving these critical objectives across a multi-site training framework.
• Attract and nurture exceptional residents while promoting professional identity development, mentorship, and career progression.
• Further the department's mission through teaching, research, faculty development, and delivering high-quality clinical services.

Qualifications for Candidates:

The ideal applicant must hold board certification in Emergency Medicine and possess at least three years of experience in residency program leadership.
