Job description

Job Title: Program Manager

location : Remote / Nationwide Support (CONUS, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico)

Job Type : Full-Time

Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Government and oversee all EFMP Respite Care Program operations.
  • Manage contract performance, staffing, compliance, quality control, and reporting requirements.
  • Supervise Regional Coordinators, providers, and administrative personnel.
  • Ensure all personnel meet required qualifications, certifications, and background screening requirements.
  • Coordinate quarterly performance meetings and contract reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with all contract requirements, regulations, and Army policies.

Qualifications :

  • Master’s Degree in a healthcare-related field and at least 5 years of progressive management experience; OR Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and at least 10 years of progressive management experience.
  • Minimum 5 years supporting military families or similar populations.
  • Demonstrated experience with case management and special needs programs.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage nationwide operations and multiple service locations.
