Job description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• TCS is looking to hire a Program Director for the Enterprise Solutions Units (ESU) Consulting Practice.
• This senior leadership role is responsible for planning, executing, and managing complex, large-scale transformation engagements for TCS clients, ensuring successful delivery across all phases.
• This role oversees multiple transformational projects, including ERP implementations and business process improvements, while coordinating timelines, resources, and capacity planning.
• The Program Director manages program-level status, metrics, risks, and deliverables, leveraging broad business and technical expertise.
• The role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to influence at the C-suite level. Additionally, the Program Director is accountable for driving business development, developing proposals, producing thought leadership, and representing TCS at industry events, reinforcing the companys position as a trusted transformation partner.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Experience leading large global business transformation program delivery, with a expert understanding of the business values of transformation programs/objectives.
• Ability to speak business language, guide business counterparts towards the right SAP solution and translate business requirements into technical requirements
• Experience leading sales opportunities
• Previous hands-on experience leading a specific functional stream
• Ability to work with C-levels as well as be hands-on as required
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities, capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships
• At least five (5) full life cycle implementations as an ERP Project Manager with multi-module implementations (Finance, Sales, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse)
• A minimum of ten (10) years prior transformational ERP consulting or equivalent industry experience
• At least six (6) years experience in proposal and business case development
• Ability to lead steering committee meetings, lead team meetings, lead business meetings, and lead project management team
• Demonstrated experience in proposal development, project estimation, planning, and managing teams of 20+ resources.
• Bachelors degree (or equivalent) required; ability to work without visa sponsorship and willingness to travel up to 100%.
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
• Ability to lead steering committee meetings, lead team meetings, lead business meetings, and lead project management team
• Demonstrated experience in proposal development, project estimation, planning, and managing teams of 20+ resources.
Base Salary Range: $150,000 - $175,000 per annum
