Job Title: Program Director

Location: East Los Angeles, CA and surrounding cities (Pasadena, Monterey Park, Alhambra, Montebello, Whittier, Highland Park, and Commerce)

Compensation: $94,264.40 salary + opportunities for quarterly bonuses 

About the Role:
CBEM is seeking a dynamic and strategic Program Director to lead our Critical Intervention Team serving East Los Angeles, CA and surrounding communities, including Pasadena, Monterey Park, Alhambra, Montebello, Whittier, Highland Park, and Commerce. In this role, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, lead a team of intervention specialists, and serve as the primary liaison with the Regional Center. Your clinical expertise and leadership will be instrumental in ensuring high-quality service delivery while advancing CBEM's mission and values.

What You'll Do:

  • Supervise and mentor staff, including Assistant Directors and Critical Intervention Specialists.
  • Ensure the quality of client services, overseeing case reviews, and stabilization plans.
  • Engage with external stakeholders to represent CBEM and expand service outreach.
  • Manage budgets, performance reviews, and program goals.
  • Lead team meetings, acknowledge successes, and promote employee development.
