• Deliver virtual psychotherapy sessions to individuals struggling with substance abuse and associated mental health concerns, ensuring adherence to ethical and clinical standards.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, gather detailed information on client histories, and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and solution-based interventions.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to meet the unique needs of clients in recovery.
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies, ensuring patient confidentiality and data integrity.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals in our treatment team to provide integrated care, ensuring that client needs are holistically addressed.
• Provide education to clients and their families about mental health resources and substance abuse treatment options, empowering them to make informed decisions.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and therapeutic methodologies, integrating new findings into practice to enhance treatment outcomes.
• Manage your caseload effectively, consistently monitoring progress toward treatment goals and making necessary adjustments to care plans.

You will work primarily with a diverse client population, including individuals who are experiencing substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health conditions, and those seeking support in their recovery journey. Our clinic emphasizes cultural competence and sensitivity, ensuring that all clients feel valued and understood as they navigate the complexities of addiction and mental health treatment.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required for this position.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of California.
• A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a setting focused on substance abuse therapy, with a strong understanding of best practices and treatment modalities.
• Expertise in solution-based interventions is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively as part of a holistic treatment team.

• Experience working with clients facing both mental health and substance use disorders.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy best practices.
• Prior experience in a community health or substance abuse treatment setting.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 yearly for full-time positions, alongside a salary range of USD 50,000 to 70,000 for part-time positions.
