We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Rehab Tech to join our team and contribute to our mission of transforming lives.


Position Summary:

As a Rehab Tech at White Dove Detox, you will play a critical role in our patient care team, assisting the nurse with responsibilities related to a positive patient experience. Assists in handling essential patient/staff crises relating to the patient and staffing needs. Works directly with the Registered Nurse on shift to carry out the mission and values of the program. This position requires a blend of empathy, and a deep understanding of the complexities of addiction and recovery processes. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering the highest standards of care and supporting patients through their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Ensures quality patient experience and support.

  • Assists in maintaining facility cleanliness during shift per specific shift guidelines.

  • Assist in turning over rooms and maintaining a tidy environment.

  • Assist clients with their daily routines as needed.

  • Assist and support with intake process i.e. Inventory patient belongings upon intake, UA and Breathalyze patients according to company policy.

  • Assist and support with discharge process.

  • Ensure that clients are adhering to policies and procedures to maintain safety and security of facility.

  • Educate and assist patients with coping strategies.

  • Meal prep and meal serving for patients as needed.

  • Take and record vitals of patients as needed.

  • Responsible for performing and documenting wellness checks on current patients.

  • Serve as a positive role model for patients.

Qualifications and Skills


  • CPR/First Aid Certification

  • 18 years or older

  • Must have basic computer skills

  • Preferred 1 year experience in the industry

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
