Our client, a leading organization dedicated to serving the IDD community with innovative programming, is hiring a Vice President of Day Services.

Introduction
This role is critical for overseeing the strategic development and operational management of day programs across three key locations in New Jersey. The organization is seeking a passionate leader with a strong background in intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) to reimagine and enhance existing programs, with a focus on innovation and community engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the redesign and enhancement of current day programs to ensure alignment with best practices and community needs.
  • Develop new program initiatives, such as after-school care or youth development services, to expand the organization’s impact.
  • Oversee program operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistency and high-quality service delivery.
  • Manage budgets, compliance, and reporting requirements related to program operations.
  • Requirements
  • Proven programming experience within the IDD community, with success in program design and implementation.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change and innovate within service delivery.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams across multiple locations.

Nice to Have Skills
