Summary:

Enigma Search is seeking a business development leader to join the team and spearhead their sales division for the West Coast region. Enigma Search was founded in 2011 and is a recruiting firm that specializes in building talent acquisition programs for life science and biotech companies. The partners at Enigma Search formally served as recruiting leaders at major biotech companies, developing deep networks in the Drug Discovery, Clinical Development, and CMC Manufacturing categories.

Enigma Search is in a growth cycle and looking to add momentum by hiring a dynamic individual to market, promote our services and secure new clientele by leveraging their existing biotech & life sciences network to help the firm expand.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients in the life sciences and biotechnology sector.
  • Present our talent acquisition models to clients, highlighting our expertise in the life sciences sector and tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality, overall service to clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a life sciences discipline is desirable.
  • 3 plus years of proven experience in sales within the recruitment or staffing industry, specifically servicing the life sciences sector.
  • Must have an existing rolodex of existing life sciences / biotech companies.
  • Strong understanding of the life sciences industry, including trends, challenges, and key players.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
