We are seeking a Hospice Medicine physician to develop and lead as Hospice Medical Director. This role includes the clinical program development of a shared home hospice and inpatient program. The program features Home Hospice, Residential Hospice Cottages, and a 20-Bed Adult/Ped Inpatient Hospice House. Experience in care of terminally ill patients and program development is desired. Flexible work schedule, plus call coverage.
