West River Mental Health is accepting applications for a Program Manager with our Outpatient Program in Rapid City. In this role you will be providing direct supervision to counseling staff regarding clinical and non-clinical practices and mental health services as well as providing direct client care. Assessment and therapeutic skills combined with the ability to partner with a team of professionals providing family driven, strength-based services are essential to this position. The successful Clinical Supervisor will be able to identify, implement, and promote staff training needs to comply with agency standards, licensing, and professional development.
