Job Description
Position Overview
The Training & Technology - Digital Solutions Intern will support the digital transformation of technical training programs within Bosch Home Comfort Group. This role will assist in the implementation and rollout of a new Learning Management System (LMS) while helping modernize training operations through improved digital processes and automation.
The intern will work closely with training leaders, marketing teams, and technical subject matter experts to streamline training administration, improve the learner experience, and support the delivery of technical education for Bosch HVAC products. This role offers hands-on experience in learning technology, digital process development, and operational support within a leading HVAC manufacturer.
Key Responsibilities
LMS Implementation & Rollout
  • Support the launch and deployment of a new Learning Management System (LMS) for Bosch Home Comfort training programs.
  • Assist in organizing and uploading training materials including course modules, learning paths, and certifications.
  • Help test system functionality and identify opportunities to improve user experience.
  • Assist with documentation and user guides for internal teams and external learners.

Digital Training Process Development
  • Help design and implement digital workflows for training program administration.
  • Support the development of processes for:
    • Training scheduling
    • Attendee registration
    • Certification distribution
    • Training completion tracking
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and improved system integration.

Training Operations Support
  • Assist with coordination of instructor-led training sessions and digital learning events.
  • Maintain training databases and learner records.
  • Support communication with internal teams and external participants regarding course logistics and registration.

Data & Reporting
  • Assist with collecting and organizing LMS data related to course participation, completion rates, and certification tracking.
  • Help create dashboards or reports that provide insights into training engagement and program performance.

Continuous Improvement
  • Work with training leaders to identify opportunities to enhance the digital training experience.
  • Provide feedback on LMS usability and digital tools from a user perspective.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is between $. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. This range does not include annual bonus percentage nor any other monetary considerations for the total compensation package.
