CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT (CNA)

Location: North Hill, Needham, MA
Schedule: Full-Time amp; Part-Time | 7 AM - 3 PM | Skilled Nursing

At Pines Edge at North Hill, we’re redefining long-term care through our innovative “Small House” model. Each of our seven households includes just 10–12 private rooms surrounding a full kitchen and inviting common spaces. It’s a warm, home-like environment where residents receive truly personalized care — and where team members are valued for their contributions.

Your Impact as a CNA

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
  • Provide respectful, person-centered care that honors resident preferences
  • Support residents in social programs, activities, and dining
  • Prepare and serve meals while ensuring food safety and dietary requirements
  • Communicate changes in condition promptly to nursing staff and document as required
  • Uphold resident rights, privacy, dignity, and confidentiality
  • Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming household environment

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current Massachusetts CNA certification
  • CPR/AED certification (required)
  • Two years of CNA experience preferred (especially in long-term care)
  • Compassion, dependability, and strong teamwork skills
Satisfactory completion of a background investigation is required for this position.

Pay Range: $22.50-26.00/hour
Individual compensation within this range is based on a candidate’s specific qualifications, including education, overall experience, relevant experience, and specific skills. We strive to ensure that compensation is competitive, fair, and reflects the value each candidate brings to the role.
