Job Purpose

As the HR- Learning and Development Intern, you will work closely with the Director of Talent Management to support the evaluation, development, and implementation, of employee learning and development programs. Responsibilities

  • Along with the responsibilities listed below, the L&D Intern will be responsible for a project to enhance Albany International's leadership development curriculum.
  • Assist in Learning Program Development: Support the design and creation of training materials and presentations for internal training programs.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Help maintain records of training activities, participant attendance, and feedback.
  • Learning Resources: Assist in maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring content is up to date and accessible to employees.
  • Employee Feedback & Evaluation: Gather feedback from training participants and help analyze results to improve future training programs.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in learning and development, suggesting new approaches for the company's programs.
