Job Description:
The Development Coordinator supports the execution of real estate development projects from early-stage feasibility through construction and completion. Working closely with Development Managers and cross-functional teams, this role assists in coordinating consultants, managing project documentation, tracking budgets and schedules, and facilitating entitlement and permitting processes as well as on site tasks as needed.
The Development Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining project momentum by ensuring alignment between internal stakeholders, external consultants, and regulatory authorities. This position contributes to financial analysis, market research, and reporting, while supporting the team administratively to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

What Will You do?
  • Assist in managing real estate development projects through all phases, including feasibility, entitlement, design, and construction
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to support project execution
  • Track project schedules, budgets, and key milestones keeping the development team organized and on top of day-to-day tasks
  • Support feasibility studies, market research, and financial analysis
  • Assist with permitting and entitlement processes
  • Manage documentation, contracts, and invoices
