Development Coordinator

Chilliwack, BC | Full-Time
$68,000 – $72,000 dependent on experience

Ruth & Naomi's Mission is seeking a Development Coordinator to help grow sustainable support for the Mission through donor engagement, corporate partnerships, sponsorship development, and fundraising initiatives.

Working closely with the Director of Development, this role is responsible for cultivating meaningful relationships with donors, businesses, and community partners while supporting fundraising campaigns and sponsorship opportunities that advance the mission of Ruth & Naomi's Mission.

What You'll Do

• Build and steward relationships with individual donors and community partners
• Conduct donor meetings and support donor engagement activities
• Develop and maintain corporate partnerships and sponsorship opportunities
• Support fundraising campaigns, appeals, and donor communications
• Assist with donor proposals and sponsorship materials
• Support planning and execution of fundraising and donor events
• Maintain accurate donor records and pipeline tracking within CRM systems

What You'll Bring

• Experience in fundraising, sales, business development, or relationship management
