What does a Program Development Associate do?

A Program Development Associate is responsible for assisting in the planning, design, and implementation of new programs within an organization. They often conduct research, coordinate with stakeholders, and help evaluate program effectiveness to ensure goals are met. Their duties may also include preparing reports, managing timelines, and supporting grant writing or proposal development. This role is vital in ensuring that new and existing programs align with organizational objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
