    Key Responsibilities:

    • Generating revenue and meeting sales targets
    • Developing and qualifying leads within respective territory to drive additional sales opportunities through cold-calling and lead generation campaigns
    • Gathering and utilizing business intelligence on prospects to support sales calls, product presentations and driving new business

    Skills/Qualifications

    Required

    • Minimum of 1 year outside sales experience B2B or successful completion of an Auto-Chlor sales training program
    • Valid driver's license
    • High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred

    Preferred

    • 2-3 years new business-to-business (B2B) sales experience
    • Hunter sales mentality - goal driven and self-motivated. This is a true HUNTER sales role. New business development. Cold Calling, Prospecting and Closing Skills strongly preferred
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and Contact Management System

    With the base salary and uncapped commissions our sales reps enjoy:

    • 1st year Base+Commission $80,000-90,000
    • 2nd year Base+Commission $100,000-$120,000
