RIX Industries is a technology-focused company specializing in the design, development and manufacturing of gas generation systems, precision compressor solutions, and cryogenic cooling technologies for critical applications in Marine, Aerospace, Land, Energy, Industrial, Medical, and Critical Infrastructure markets. Position Summary

Program Management is responsible for the execution of programs. This includes elements through complete program life cycles, up to and including daily program management. Programs include both internal programs (i.e. IRAD’s) and customer/external programs (i.e. CSS, Electric Boat 5R5’s, DDG-51 STAR’s, Boeing APS, etc.). For both, Program Management is the primary interface. Program Coordinators assist in planning and organizing programs and activities, as well as carry out associated operational and administrative duties. PC’s may be specific to a function (i.e. Customer Support and Services (CSS) Parts or Customer Support and Services (CSS) Field Service) or business segment (i.e. Military Programs) or may cross segment lines.

Responsibilities

  • Support planning and coordination of Programs and related activities.
  • Maintain budgets and track expenditures and transactions.
  • Manage communications through external portals (i.e. SPARS, EXOSTAR, etc.).
  • Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agendas and relevant documentation.
  • Create reports and assist in proposal generation.
  • Foster and support positive relations within the program teams and with external stakeholders.
  • Ensure technology is used appropriately for all operations (video conferencing, presentations etc.).
  • Support growth and program development.
  • Ensure implementation of RIX policies, application of RIX procedures, and development of associated practices.
  • Performing all assignments and other duties in the best interest of the company or as directed by the CPO, PD (CSS), or PM’s.
  • All Other Duties as Assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Four-year degree in Business Administration, Program Management, or related field from an accredited college or university, and/or 3 or more years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience as a program coordinator or relevant position.
  • Knowledge of program management and procedures.
  • Knowledge and experience in budgeting, documentation, and reporting.
  • Proficient in MS Office. Experience with scheduling software (i.e. MS Project, ProChain).
  • Ability to work with diversity and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Superb time-management and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and efficient.
  • Ability to communicate with others to exchange information both orally and in writing.
  • Citizenship: U.S. Citizen or qualified U.S. Person in accordance with ALU 22CFR 120.15. May require the ability to obtain DOD security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5 or more years of relevant experience

Physical Requirements

1. Must have the following physical abilities:

  • Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch, reach, and lift.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods at a desk or table as well as machine tools or printers.
