Job description

Seeking a motivated BE/BC Physician to assist in enhancing a developing Palliative Care program. This physician would work with physician and administrative leaders to assist with the program development and alignment, as well as building collaboration between the inpatient and outpatient settings.


Position Highlights:

  • Lead in the development of an inpatient and outpatient collaborative model.
  • Work collaboratively with a dynamic group of Advanced Practice Providers and nurses.
  • Leadership and clinical oversight of the Ambulatory and Inpatient Palliative Care Team.
  • Have the opportunity to work with medical students and residents.
  • Participate in initial consults and develop plans of care along with team.
  • Build effective relationships with referring providers.
  • Board certified in palliative care is preferred.
