This individual will report into our Director of Customer Experience, and&nbsp;will elevate how design decisions connect to customer research and measurable business outcomes. This individual will be responsible for leading and growing a team of UX Designers, ensuring design work is grounded in research rather than intuition, and serving as the primary voice for UX in executive-level conversations.
