Program Coordination & Delivery:
  • Be HTEC's real-time presence and facilitate ad-hoc decisions and planning with the US and EU teams

  • Attend UAT sessions with users, triage findings, drive follow-ups with engineering teams
  • Own requirements intake and clarification with the client's product and program teams, unblocking delivery before ambiguity reaches engineering
  • Coordinate cross-team integration across client-side teams
  • Own risks and dependency management, launch planning, escalation paths and roadmap maintenance for your project

Collaboration:
  • Run/attend a structured daily handover with your EU EPM counterparts during the morning overlap window (approx. 07:00 - 10:00 PST)

Stakeholder management:
  • Understanding and managing client expectations, client satisfaction, stakeholder management plan definition and implementation, monthly partnership review
  • Responsible for identifying all of the stakeholders for the existing engagement and for account growth within the client company
  • Participate in account planning, growth strategy, and QBR preparation with the Account Manager and Director of Engineering

Delivery Management:
  • Informed about delivery model, metrics, reporting, risk management from the overall account perspective.

  • Support the team and client communication to facilitate quick resolution of impediments during US hours.
  • Participates in partnership governance ceremonies.
  • Helps manage escalations and expectations.

Domain expertise:
  • Facilitates client communication and identifies risks, challenges, and opportunities for our out team within this domain and client.
  • Facilitates strategic conversation with the client

Account Management:

  • Participates in account planning and growth strategy creation.
  • Responsible for client satisfaction
  • Understands and helps define clients needs, goals and ensures that HTEC can support our client's goals. Works closely with AM and Growth director to structure QBR content

What we're looking for:
  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering program management, or delivery management in software engineering environments
  • Proven experience coordinating distributed teams across time zones, ideally in a client-facing or vendor-side role
  • Strong stakeholder management skills - comfortable working directly with senior product, program, and engineering leaders at an enterprise client
  • Structured communicator with strong written skills - status reporting, documentation, and asynchronous communication are a large part of this role
  • Self-directed and comfortable being the only HTEC presence in the room
  • Based in the US, Pacific time zone (or willing to work PST hours); note that this role follows an early schedule - approx. 07:00 - 15:00 PST - to maximize overlap with our European teams, this could change later on when more independency is achieved

Nice to have:
  • Technical grounding: you can follow engineering discussions on a high level, understand system integration challenges, and translate between product and engineering
  • Experience working with or inside large US tech companies
  • Experience in vendor/client engagement models and account growth
  • Agile delivery experience (Scrum, sprint ceremonies, backlog management)
  • Familiarity with program management tooling at scale
  • High level understanding of the products across the client/HTEC portfolio
