The Role: Engineering Delivery Manager

We're looking for a driven and experienced Engineering Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of engineering outcomes for the Regional Maintenance Provider-East (RMP-E) program. Acting as the engineering delivery partner to the Program Manager, you'll oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering services to meet program cost, schedule, and quality targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary engineering teams and key suppliers
  • Define and monitor engineering delivery strategy, schedules, and KPIs
  • Manage risks, opportunities, and deliverables across the program lifecycle
  • Oversee development and update of CDRLs and B2B processes with the customer
  • Coordinate resource needs and communicate demand forecasts with HoDs
  • Supervise engineering reviews, ensuring quality and timely delivery
  • Support integration of engineering changes into maintenance workflows (AWL/MWL)

Your Skills & Experience:

  • Degree-qualified in Engineering; Project Management certification preferred
  • 7+ years in engineering and people leadership roles within maritime or related sectors
  • Proven experience managing complex programs and engineering delivery frameworks
  • Strong understanding of EVM and performance tracking tools
  • Confident communicator and stakeholder manager, both internally and externally
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation
  • Ability to guide teams through complexity and ambiguity with sound decision-making
  • Experience with communication systems highly regarded
