Job description

Position Overview
The Partner Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting the growth and success of the companyโ€™s partner ecosystem by managing partner onboarding, communications, training coordination, sales enablement activities, and program administration. This role works closely with sales, marketing, product, and leadership teams to help recruit, activate, and retain channel partners including resellers, distributors, educational organizations, and strategic alliances.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-focused, and comfortable managing multiple partner initiatives while ensuring partners have the resources needed to successfully sell and support our solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Support identification and recruitment of potential channel partners, resellers, and strategic organizations.
  • Manage the partner onboarding process, including agreements, account setup, training schedules, and access to partner resources.
  • Maintain accurate partner records, activity tracking, and pipeline information.
  • Coordinate partner welcome programs and ensure new partners quickly become productive.
Partner Enablement
  • Coordinate partner training sessions on company products, courseware solutions, certifications, and sales messaging.
  • Develop and maintain partner resource libraries including sales materials, presentations, FAQs, pricing information, and marketing assets.
  • Support partners with product updates, promotional campaigns, and new offering launches.
  • Track partner engagement and identify opportunities for additional support.
Partner Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners.
  • Build strong relationships through regular communications, check-ins, and partner updates.
  • Gather partner feedback and communicate insights internally to improve products and programs.
  • Help resolve partner questions and coordinate support with internal teams.
Program Administration & Reporting
  • Manage partner program documentation, processes, and workflows.
  • Track partner performance metrics including revenue contribution, leads generated, certifications completed, and engagement levels.
  • Prepare partner reports and dashboards for leadership review.
  • Assist with partner incentive programs, promotions, and commission tracking.
Sales & Marketing Support
  • Collaborate with sales teams to support partner-generated opportunities.
  • Coordinate co-marketing activities such as webinars, campaigns, newsletters, and partner events.
  • Assist partners with lead-generation initiatives and marketing campaigns.
  • Help maintain CRM records and partner opportunity tracking.
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in partner programs, sales operations, customer success, account management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with education technology, SaaS, certification programs, or online learning platforms.
  • Experience supporting reseller, distributor, or affiliate programs.
