Description

Quantum Sky is searching for a Program Coordinator to coordinate day-to-day activities the program and projects, tracking schedules, deliverables, and resources under the direction of a program manager. This candidate will serve as a central point of contact for administrative and logistical program needs. 

Responsibilities:

  • Track project/program schedules, milestones, deliverables, and action items 
  • Prepare status reports, meeting materials, dashboards, and presentations for program leadership 
  • Coordinate meetings, communications, and follow-ups across stakeholders and teams 
  • Maintain program documentation, trackers, and shared repositories 
  • Support budget tracking and invoice/procurement coordination 
  • Identify scheduling conflicts or resource gaps and escalate to program leadership 
  • Develop and maintain schedules and risk/issue logs 
  • Assist with onboarding of new team members to the program 
  • Lead end-to-end coordination of multi-workstream programs 
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and resource conflicts, recommending mitigation plans 
  • Serve as a key liaison between program management, client/customer, and delivery teams 
Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (experience and education equivalents are considered and can be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree) 
  • 3-5 years of program/project coordination experience 
  • Proficiency with project management and productivity tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, MS Office) 
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • PMP or CAPM certification a plus (not required)

Clearance:

  • An active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.

Location and Schedule:

  • This position is onsite at the customer location in Washington, DC. The environment requires onsite support five days per week, with some flexibility in scheduling based on program and customer requirements. Core business hours are 8am-4pm.

  • Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The salary range for this position is typically between $50,000-$58,000. This does not guarantee a specific salary as compensation is based upon multiple factors such as education, experience, certifications, and other requirements, and may fall outside of the above-stated range.
