Job description

Purpose and Impact:Amentum/Secure Networking Solutions is seeking a Program Coordinator to plan and execute services and activities supporting the Skywalker program. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the status of all Bill of Material (BOM)s on the program, coordinating BOM purchase status and delivery schedules with the Government. BOM management activities include reviewing and accepting materials for installation and coordinating timelines with the entire installation team, customer management, and site management POCs. The Program Coordinator will be required to have experience operating in a DOD and/or IC environment within the Washington Metro Area, as well as experience inspecting WIDS-specific installation BOM's and understanding of electrical engineering, cabling, and construction tools.
Candidates for the Program Coordinator role must have strong written and verbal communication skills, an understanding of WIDS construction materials and testing equipment. The Program Coordinator will be required to work with supply chain teams to purchase all pertinent bills of materials, installation teams to plan upcoming requirements based on projected material delivery dates, and government contract management and facility management personnel to coordinate the delivery of installation materials to endpoint locations. Additionally, the Program Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing, inspecting, and receiving all installation materials for the Skywalker program.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Track and maintain the status of all Bills of Materials (BOMs) throughout the program lifecycle.

  • Coordinate material procurement, delivery schedules, and logistics with Government and supply chain personnel.

  • Receive, inspect, and verify installation materials prior to deployment.

  • Coordinate installation schedules based on material availability and project timelines.

  • Serve as a liaison between Program Management, installation teams, customer representatives, and facility personnel.

  • Monitor inventory and material readiness to support scheduled installations.

  • Maintain accurate records of material deliveries, inventory, and deployment status.

  • Support program reporting and provide status updates on procurement and installation readiness.

Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands: Office Setting, but may be required to install sensors and wiring, which requires climbing ladders and lifting up to 20 lbs.
Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
  • Experience supporting logistics, procurement, or program coordination within a DoD and/or Intelligence Community environment.

  • Knowledge of WIDS installation materials, structured cabling, fiber optic systems, and construction equipment.

  • Experience reviewing and managing Bills of Materials (BOMs).

  • Understanding of material receiving, inventory management, and deployment logistics.

  • Strong written, verbal, and organizational communication skills.

  • Ability to coordinate multiple activities and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to travel worldwide.

Security Clearance Required: TS/SCI with Poly
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
Minimum Years of Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Minimum of three (3) years supporting Government programs involving procurement, logistics, or technical installations.

  • Experience coordinating with supply chain, installation teams, and Government stakeholders.

Required Certifications:
Preferred Qualifications: Current CISSP certification.
Compensation Details:
$101,000-$121,000
