Job description

Job Title: Project Coordinator 

Starting Salary: $55,000

  

Job Summary  

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Project Coordinator will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects within the organization. The Project Coordinator works closely with team members to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities: 

  • Collecting and scanning reports. 

  • Answer in front of the window and direct guests, emails, customers in a professional manner.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and spreadsheets as requested. 

  • Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and company events. 

  • Support safety initiatives by maintaining training records, incident documentation, and compliance files. 

  • Serve as a liaison between departments and employees to ensure effective communication and workflow. 

  • Other duties as assigned.

Academic/Educational Requirements 

  • High school diploma or equivalent. 

  • Bachelor's degree in related field.

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
