We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Corporate Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Coordinator. This office-based role focuses on the development, governance, maintenance, and continuous improvement of HSE programs, standards, and documentation. The role works closely with Corporate HSE, regional safety teams, and operations to support consistency, compliance, and effective implementation across the organization.

You, as a Corporate HSE Coordinator, will support the team in several areas such as, but not limited to:

  • Develop and update HSE programs, standards, safe work practices, and procedures

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders across the organization to review, refine, and improve program content

  • Support the development and continuous improvement of HSE initiatives from concept through rollout and follow-up

  • Ensure programs and documentation are current, consistent, and aligned with legislative requirements and company standards

  • Work with Corporate HSE, regional safety teams, and operations to support consistent implementation across the organization

  • Support development and updates of training materials to reflect procedural changes

  • Maintain HSE documents, tools, and systems, including ownership of document control processes such as versioning, approvals, and revision tracking.

  • Prepare and distribute communications such as alerts, bulletins, and program updates

  • Identify opportunities to improve clarity, usability, and consistency of HSE programs

Is this role right for you?

  • Educational background in health and safety or related field

  • 3-7 years of related experience

  • Experience writing, managing or supporting HSE documentation, manuals, or standards

  • Strong understanding of OHSA and related regulations

  • Familiarity with document control processes or systems

  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to clearly structure and present information

  • Highlyorganizedwith the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive work to completion.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage work with limited day-to-day direction

  • Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders across the organization and driving alignment and progress

  • Experience related to construction or a multi-site environment is an asset

  • Experience with COR/ISO audit framework is an asset

  • The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000
