Job description

PEM PROGRAM COORDINATOR, School of Engineering - Program for Exemplary Mentoring (PEM), to focus on recruitment, retention, professional development, climate, and community for graduate students from non-traditional backgrounds (including those that are first generation). The PEM Program Coordinator will perform operational and administrative activities for the program within the MIT School of Engineering Dean’s Office, from managing the scholar applications process; planning/staffing events for community building, recruitment & retention; and performing data analysis and reporting for progress updates while managing program budget.
