Become a Key Player as a Program Coordinator

You will drive execution of wellbeing and benefits-related programs and events that improve employee engagement and program performance. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and communications partners to deliver measurable program outcomes. This is an onsite role based in San Jose, CA, working with teams across multiple time zones.

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
  • Drive execution of events and activities throughout the year that support the organization's global wellbeing and benefits strategy
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (GWS, Events, Talent Development, Site Councils, Legal, D&I, Safety and Security, Employee Resource Center) on ongoing engagement and activities
  • Collect and evaluate data to identify program opportunities, impacts, and measurable performance standards
  • Document, update, and maintain all program collateral for internal and external audiences
  • Answer and resolve escalations or requests for policy interpretation from vendors or internal client-facing roles
  • Collect content for quarterly toolkits for U.S. and global teams
  • Partner with Employee Communications and external Communication Consultants on delivery of employee communications related to programs and activities
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
  • Bachelor's degree or other evidence of exceptional ability
  • 5+ years' experience managing communications, engagement, and onsite event activities
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects from concept to implementation
  • Strong project management, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize work and execute many projects and tasks in parallel
  • Strong organizational and time management skills for a fast-paced environment
  • Effective verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence decisions
  • Comfortable working across multiple worldwide time zones
