PRP Program Coordinator / Lead Rehabilitation Counselor (Part-Time)

Company: Caring Hands Behavioral Health Center

Program: OMHC / Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP)

Schedule:

- Part-Time

- Monday–Friday

- Approximately 30–35 hours per week

- Generally between 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Compensation:

- $18-$19 per hour (W2 position)

- Opportunity for productivity-based incentive pay as the program grows

- Opportunity for advancement over time

Position Summary:

Caring Hands Behavioral Health Center is seeking a PRP Program Coordinator / Lead Rehabilitation Counselor to support the day-to-day operations of our clinic, the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) while also maintaining a small client caseload.

This is a hybrid role that combines program coordination, scheduling, and operational oversight with direct client services. This position is designed to grow into a more senior coordination and leadership role as the program expands.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Coordination & Operations:

- Coordinate daily staff schedules and client assignments

- Support intake scheduling and client flow

- Serve as a point of contact for case managers and internal staff

- Monitor visit completion and documentation follow-up

- Support daily program operations and front desk flow as needed

- Track caseload distribution and basic productivity

Clinical / PRP Services:

- Provide PRP services to a limited caseload (approximately 18-20 clients)

- Complete required documentation in a timely and compliant manner

Performance Expectations:

- Maintain organized scheduling and smooth daily operations

- Ensure clients are being seen as scheduled

- Ensure documentation is completed timely

- Support compliance with OMHC / PRP standards

- Help build structure and consistency in program operations

Growth Opportunity:

This role includes a 90-day performance review and is designed to grow in responsibility and hours over time, with a potential path toward a more senior coordination role and possible full-time status as the program expands.

Qualifications:

- Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or human services preferred

- Strong administrative, coordination, and organizational skills

- Comfortable with scheduling, multitasking, and problem-solving

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- EMR experience (splashMD) preferred

- PRP / OMHC experience is a plus (but not required if trainable)
