PROGRAM COORDINATOR (PC)

Adult Residential Program

Attleboro, MA | Full-Time 

Lead with purpose. Support with confidence.

As a Program Coordinator (PC), you will oversee the daily operations of an adult residential home supporting individuals with Autism and developmental disabilities. You’ll guide staff, coordinate care, and ensure a safe, structured, and positive home environment. This is a leadership role ideal for someone experienced, organized, and ready to take full ownership of program operations.


What You’ll Do 

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, assigning tasks and guiding staff to ensure smooth site functioning. 
  • Provide direct care and support when needed, modeling best practices for the team. 
  • Manage all MAP-related responsibilities, documentation, safety procedures, and site compliance. 
  • Coordinate shopping, meal planning, recreation activities, and household needs. 
  • Maintain communication with upper management, nursing, and clinical teams. 
  • Serve as primary on-call support except on the APC’s assigned days. 

What You Bring 

  • High School Diploma or GED. 
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with 1+ year of licensed driving experience required. 
  • MAP certification required. 
  • 2+ years prior experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and implementing crisis intervention/physical management experience required. 
  • Prior supervisory experience required. 
  • Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills, and ability to lead a team, prioritize needs, and problem-solve in real time.
