Position Summary:
RM Advisory Services LLC is looking for senior program and project managers to support the planning, coordination, outreach and implementation of WMATA's regional fare program. The role works with stakeholders to keep activities organized, documented, and on schedule while providing responsive, professional service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate multiple public-facing projects from planning through implementation.
• Support stakeholder outreach, meetings, communications, and timely follow-up.
• Track project milestones, action items, status updates, and key documentation.
• Maintain accurate data, reports, schedules, and project records.
• Provide professional customer service and resolve or appropriately escalate issues.
• Use Microsoft 365 tools to organize information, communicate updates, and support project delivery.
• Work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and consistently meet deadlines.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 2 to 20+ years of experience successfully managing or coordinating multiple public-facing projects. 4 roles are available depending on experience
• Demonstrated experience with project planning, coordination, outreach, and implementation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization, stakeholder follow-up, data tracking, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and professional judgment.
Education Requirements:
• Associate or bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Certifications/Experience:
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Experience with government or public-sector finance.
