Program Coordinator
Washington, DC - primarily onsite with infrequent telework upon manager approval

The Program Coordinator supports the business enablement function within Supervision & Regulation, serving as a key liaison across internal functions and external stakeholders. This role executes and oversees critical administrative processes that enable the division's supervisory and regulatory mission.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process Management: Execute and oversee administrative workflows, including meeting coordination, document management, reporting cycles, and divisional communications
• Stakeholder Coordination: Interface with Reserve Banks, supervised institutions, interagency partners, and internal Board divisions to facilitate information exchange and collaborative initiatives
• Ad Hoc Support: Respond to time-sensitive requests from senior leadership; conduct research, prepare briefing materials, and coordinate cross-functional projects
• Program Administration: Support divisional initiatives related to policy implementation, supervisory operations, and strategic planning efforts
• Information Management: Maintain tracking systems, databases, and documentation to support operational efficiency and regulatory compliance
• Skill preferences: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suites
