Program support staff ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally; while adhering to program, practice and operations guidelines. Program support staff roles often encompass multiple areas including data management, metrics and reporting. The successful candidate should be dependable, punctual, dependable and demonstrate attention to detail. They should be a team-oriented person who can collaborate well with others, provide exceptional customer support by answering questions, resolving issues and ensuring a positive overall experience. (both in person and on the phone) As needed, the candidate will participate in community events and meetings to engage the public and increase awareness of organizational programs and services.
