Job description

Keystone Human Services is seeking a Program Coordinator to join our team of professionals in making a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors and the community.
The Program Coordinator supports individuals with disabilities in becoming active, engaged members of their communities. This role focuses on teaching, coaching, and modeling skills that promote independence, social connection, and personal growth. The Program Coordinator helps individuals build relationships, participate in meaningful activities, exercise personal choice, and achieve their goals. The position also requires effective communication, adherence to training and certification requirements, and the ability to use basic technology and transportation to support participant needs.

Position Details:
  • Full Time - Second Shift- $22.75 per hour

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED with three (3) months of related work experience, or an associate or bachelor's degree with related work experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, and to read, interpret, and apply written information.
  • Ability to successfully complete and maintain required Medication Administration, First Aid, and CPR certifications, as well as other mandated trainings within specified timeframes.
  • Ability to learn and apply intermediate computer skills, including the use of software and web-based systems.
  • Ability to pass required background checks and clearances.
  • Valid driver's license and daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle.
