Summary
The Program Coordinator develops and implements programs for clientsandconducts staff and parent training by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Creates and implements language, academic, and non-academic programs using assessment tools such as ABLLS-R, AFLS, VB-MAPP, PEAK, etc.
Creates, implements, and conducts stafftrainingon Behavior Support Plans.
Implements and interprets results from Functional Behavior Assessments and Analyses whenrequired.
May conduct supervision with practicum students enrolled inMaster'sPrograms in Applied Behavior Analysis and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
Graphs and interprets behavior and acquisition programming data
Creates program materials as needed
Provides performance feedback to supervisors and instructors
Conducts and implements staff and parenttraining
Establishes andmaintainsbehavior support plans and programs for 8-12 clients at a time
Collaborates with Program Directors to ensure best practicesare in place at all times
Engages in 1:1 teaching time with each client theyare responsible forevery week
Collaborates with Program Executive and Clinical Director.
All salaried staff members are expected to volunteerannually for at least one fundraising eventbenefitingBCA.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This job has nodirect staffsupervisory responsibilities. This role will oversee the work of practicum students andRBTswhileadequately training staff workingwith assigned clients to implement the behavior plans and programs they create.

Education and/or Experience
Master's Degree in AppliedBehavior Analysis or related field
2 or more years as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst preferred
Experience working with children and young adults with autism and related disorders is preferred
Must have experience using various assessment tools such asABLLS-R, AFLS, VB-MAPP, or PEAK
Willingness to complete and have a negative TB test
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.Ability towritereports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups ofmanagers, clients, clients, and thegeneral public.
Reasoning Ability

401K
Bluegrass Center for Autism offers all eligible team members toparticipatein our 401K plan. Participant requirements are a minimum age of 21 and must have workedfull-timefor 12 consecutive months and1,000 hoursof service.
Paid Time Off
Bluegrass Center for Autism team membersreceivestime off when the learners are not in session. Hourly team members are not paid during thedaystudentsare not in session.Full-timeteam members are eligible to receive paid time off (PTO) after completing their 90-day orientation period to use at their discretion with supervisory approval. January 1, all eligible team members receive Ten days (or 80 hours) of PTO each calendar year. If a team member becomes eligible after January 1, their PTO amount will be prorated based on their 90-day eligibility date. Hourly team members are not paid during the days students are not in session. PTO hours do not roll over into the next calendar year but may be cashed in at the end of the calendar year. Bluegrass Center for Autism offers a Bonus PTO forhourly-onlyteam members to earnadditionalquarterly PTO hours based on attendance that may be usedon datesBCA is closed. These earned quarterly attendance PTO hours may not be used during dates that BCA is in session.

Work anniversary bonuses:

Hours of Operation
Bluegrass Center for Autism's hours of operationisMonday through Friday, 8 am to 4 pm. Instructors will be assigned to early care one day a week from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm on that day.
