Job description

Executive Program Leader, Diagnostics Solutions

Bring more to life.

Are you ready to accelerate your potential and make a real difference within life sciences, diagnostics and biotechnology?

Within Danaher the work our diagnostic businesses do saves lives-and we're all united by a shared commitment to innovate for tangible impact.

You'll thrive in a culture of belonging where you and your unique viewpoint matter. And by harnessing Danaher's system of continuous improvement, you help turn ideas into impact - innovating at the speed of life.

We're accelerating the development of cutting-edge diagnostics to solve some of the world's most pressing health challenges. Across our diagnostics operating companies we are driving innovation through partnerships with top academic institutions and leading players in biopharma and translational research. We're bringing the best minds together to accelerate innovation and unlock the full potential of the latest scientific advances. Together, we're expanding access to precision diagnostics for millions of people worldwide - and we're using our unmatched global scale and proven playbook to make it happen, from hospital labs to mobile clinics. By helping providers, patients, and families get faster, more precise diagnostic results, we're improving treatment options and saving lives.

As an Executive Program Leader, Diagnostics Solutions, you serve as a senior client-focused leader, responsible for guiding enterprise-wide Danaher One initiatives and ensuring strategic customer adoption, value realization, and long-term account health. Anchored by the Danaher Business System (DBS), you integrate strategic planning, capital stewardship, change management, contract compliance, and governance across complex programs and key accounts, delivering measurable outcomes in growth, quality, and operational excellence. Acting as a trusted advisor, you translate clinical, operational, and financial needs into actionable plans, coordinating execution across stakeholders, and demonstrating exceptional executive presence, financial fluency, project management, and communication skills to influence decision-makers and proactively manage enterprise risk.

In this role you will have an opportunity to

Serve as the Danaher One executive interface for strategic clients, partnering with DSE to align Danaher's enterprise strategy with customer priorities through integrated, multiOpCo roadmaps that drive measurable clinical, operational, and financial value while protecting Danaher's interests.

Own postsignature executive leadership and value realization for strategic accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to customer Csuite executives to drive adoption, translate complex needs into executable value plans, and ensure longterm partnership health across all Danaher operating companies.

Lead executive/steering governance, engagement, and performance cadence, including biannual Danaher One Executive Business Reviews (EBRs), strategic summits, and ongoing account health monitoring-leveraging dashboards, service metrics, innovation roadmaps, and compliance insights to build trust, prevent surprises, and advance partnerships.

Drive clientcentric capital planning and asset optimization, collaborating with customers on Strategic Asset Management Plans (SAMPs), conducting rigorous ROI and financial analyses, and ensuring capital and asset decisions maximize customer outcomes while maintaining strong governance, controls, and audit readiness.

Lead client transformation and adoption initiatives, applying DBS and Prosci frameworks to design and execute change management strategies that enable safe, compliant, and sustainable adoption of new technologies, workflows, and solutions while minimizing disruption and operational risk.

Orchestrate a unified, highquality Danaher client experience across OpCos, leading without direct reporting lines to align crossfunctional teams, standardize operating cadence and escalation models, manage risks and contracts, and serve as the executive escalation point for complex operational, technical, or commercial challenges.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • BS or BA Degree from an accredited institution. A degree in Business or healthcare administration is desirable. An MBA is strongly preferred
  • 20+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise strategy, complex program leadership, or senior commercial/solutions roles within a matrixed, multibusiness organization, ideally within healthcare, diagnostics, life sciences, or regulated environments.
  • Enterprise & Client Strategy Leadership: Ability to translate enterprise strategy into integrated, multiOpCo solutions that deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.
  • Executive Customer Advisory: Proven credibility as a trusted advisor to Csuite leaders, with experience leading executive reviews and governance forums that drive adoption and longterm value.
  • DBSLed Execution & Influence: Deep fluency in the Danaher Business System, applying structured problemsolving to highimpact challenges and leading across OpCos without direct authority.
  • Financial & Capital Acumen: Strong capability in capital planning, ROI and costbenefit analysis, and disciplined governance to ensure value realization, audit readiness, and risk mitigation.
  • Transformation, Risk & Executive Presence: Demonstrated success leading complex change initiatives, with strong executive presence to manage risk, contracts, and escalations in highly matrixed environments.

Travel Requirements:

Ability to conduct domestic travel 40-60% of the time

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

DBS leadership training (ECO, Gemba, MLP) and formal change management certification (Prosci or equivalent) are highly desirable.
