Our client, a world leader in biotechnology and life sciences, is looking for a “Maintenance Planner” based out of Hillsboro, OR.

Job Duration: Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Extension)
Pay Rate: $45/hr on W2
Company Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Sick leave, 401K

Job Summary:
This role is to support utilities and facilities operations in a GMP-regulated biotech environment.

Responsibilities:
• Plan and schedule routine & non‑routine utilities and facilities maintenance activities
• Maintain CMMS data accuracy; update work orders, tasks, and documentation
• Convert work notifications into detailed work plans including labor, materials, manuals, drawings, permits, and safety requirements
• Support development of preventive, predictive, and reliability‑based maintenance programs
• Coordinate with Facilities Services, MRO, engineering, production, and contractors
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with cGMP and quality standards
• Integrate maintenance schedules with production runs and shutdowns
• Review completed work orders for quality and performance trends
• Work in an FDA‑regulated environment

Skills Required:
• Extensive knowledge of SAP and Utility Maintenance systems and other related strategic tools.
• Working knowledge CGMP relating to equipment maintenance and calibration activities
• Experience required is a minimum of five years in a maintenance organization with responsibilities for asset management and/or computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) administration an operation or minimum five years experience operating or administrating a comparable information system.
