Salary range: $107,821.50 - $145,875.46 per year

How you’ll make an impact in this role
  • Define program goals and infrastructure to align with business strategies and partnerships.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor program staff; handle training and performance evaluations.
  • Direct program operations by creating plans, management tools, and reporting capabilities.
  • Develop, monitor, and adjust the program budget and resource plan.
  • Serve as the primary liaison, communicating and documenting program progress and quality outcomes.
What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Preferred Credential(s):

  • Project Mgmt Professional.

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
What additional preferences we're seeking
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
