Position Summary... What you'll do...The Manager, Program Management leads the coordination and execution of complex programs by collaborating with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to achieve business objectives. This role emphasizes accountability, continuous improvement, and effective communication to ensure program milestones and deliverables are met. The manager provides leadership and development opportunities for associates while maintaining compliance with company policies and ethical standards. 
About the team:
The Corporate Real Estate Technology team leads strategic technology initiatives that shape Walmart’s real estate portfolio and workplace experience. Collaborating with senior leaders, the team defines goals, anticipates challenges, and establishes measurable success criteria. Members apply expertise in strategic planning, business analysis, data-driven decision making, and stakeholder management to deliver impactful solutions aligned with Walmart’s objectives. The team drives innovation through effective project management, financial oversight, and technology strategy development, ensuring alignment with business priorities and fostering continuous improvement across the organization.
 
  • Coordinate and oversee program activities by developing and maintaining project plans to meet business objectives.
  • Lead cross functional teams to implement program plans, monitor milestones, and ensure timely delivery of high-level deliverables.
  • Analyze program performance using key indicators, trend data, and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Provide supervision, mentoring, and development opportunities for associates to build a high-performing team.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication, reporting, and escalation of critical issues.
  • Promote compliance with company policies, ethics, and integrity while supporting continuous learning and process improvements.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
