The Role

Our Maintenance Technicians are resourceful learners who have a knack for solving mechanical challenges. From touch-up paint to plumbing and electrical repairs you approach obstacles head-on. You deliver a positive living experience for our residents by maintaining the community and taking care of the way they live with our "signature service".

You Are...

  • Solution-driven and effective in managing HVAC repairs, plumbing/electrical installations, and general repairs throughout the community.
  • Flexible in your ability to serve on call on a rotational basis any 7 days of the week 52 weeks of the year.
  • Task-oriented and punctual, you're comfortable working through day-to-day tasks while meeting required deadlines for reoccurring community needs.
  • Experienced in building maintenance, unit inspections, preventative maintenance, and related trades.
  • Committed to the community's overall appearance and motivated to ensure that all vacant and occupied apartment homes are held to the Gables Standard.
