Position Summary:

The Engineering Program Coordinator supports the operational management of the Technical Development Department by coordinating departmental activities, facilitating communication across teams, and assisting leadership with administrative and program management functions. This role ensures efficient coordination of engineering development programs, departmental reporting, training activities, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate departmental meetings, planning sessions, and program reviews.
  • Assist leadership in tracking departmental initiatives, staffing plans, and project priorities.
  • Support coordination between Technical Development and Engineering Production teams.
  • Assist in preparation of departmental reports, presentations, and planning documents.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities and internal training sessions for engineering staff.
  • Maintain internal departmental documentation and administrative records.
  • Support scheduling and coordination of cross-department technical initiatives.
  • Assist with internal communication regarding new standards, procedures, and systems.
  • Support coordination of hiring activities and new employee integration.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering Technology, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in program coordination, engineering administration, or technical office support.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or equivalent productivity tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting engineering or technical teams.
  • Familiarity with project management tools or enterprise systems.
  • Experience coordinating cross-department initiatives.
  • Experience supporting training programs or technical curriculum administration
