Associate Program Manager

Position Overview:

This position will provide support to the Program Management team as needed based upon priorities of the Department and the direction of the Senior Program Manager.  Assist with administrative needs such as preparing new material forms, pulling sales data, and overall assistance in the management of Dunkin Brands new, test, and Limited Time Offers (LTO) items into the NDCP system. 

An item portfolio could include food or beverage categories. This position will work in partnership with Dunkin Brands and NDCP cross-functional departments and suppliers to maintain an efficient, best-in-class LTO deployment process for new product introductions. 

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday

Hybrid: in office Thursdays- Canton, MA

What you will do:

  1. Organize and submit new material forms for upcoming new introductions and tests
  2. Work with suppliers to ensure timeliness and accuracy for new material forms
  3. Oversee setup and testing of alpha tests
  4. Summarize sales data into category trackers to support Program Management, team
  5. Attend and participate in weekly cross-functional meetings to stay updated with new item introductions and changes
  6. Obtain necessary item/program information from Brand team (Supply chain, Marketing, Demand Planning, QA, etc.) to ensure deliverables are met.
  7. Successfully work with NDCP cross-functional teams (Inventory, Operations, Product Administration, etc.) for efficient and timely new item implementation, test, or LTO into the distribution network
  8. Responsible for creating and distributing window presentations to key stakeholders and facilitating window kick-off meetings to ensure alignment and readiness.
  9. Travel up to 10% domestic

This position does not supervise others


What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field
• 1- 2 years industry experience in distribution operations, supply chain, forecasting/planning, project management, or product sourcing, preferred.

• Knowledge of some or all of the following categories is desired: dairy, beverages, food, bakery, and packaging products.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills that foster open dialogue; ability to clearly present and communicate concepts.
• A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously according to deadlines.
• Strong use of MS Office products.
