Zantech is looking for a talented Program Manager to contribute to the success of our upcoming Information Technology Support Services project for a Remote role, with a 5% to 20% Travel requirement.

The Program Manager will serve as the Primary contractor point of contact for the Government, responsible for the Contract Management Plan execution, and Overall oversight of all task areas.

Summary:

The Program Manager serves as the central contractor point of contact for the Government. PM is responsible for overall contract performance, quality of deliverables, management of geographically dispersed contractor personnel, and maintaining continuous communication with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and Contracting Officer (KO).

Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:

  • Serve as primary contractor point of contact for Government COR and KO; available 24/7
  • Manage on-site and remote personnel across the 88th RD 19-state Area of Operations
  • Ensure timely submission of all contract deliverables, reports, and required notifications
  • Oversee contractor Quality Control Plan and PWS compliance
  • Submit and maintain updated employee rosters to the COR
  • Develop and submit annual training plan to COR within 30 calendar days of performance start
  • Participate in post-award conferences and periodic progress meetings

Required Experience or Knowledge of the following technologies/functions:

  • Minimum 5 years of documented experience directing or managing multi-functional Army Reserve organizations OR equivalent private sector IT management experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of documented financial management experience.
  • IT management, contract management, and building systems familiarity
  • Ability to operate independently and make timely decisions managing a contract and geographically dispersed locations
  • Ability to analyze organizational/operational problems and develop timely, economical solutions
  • Highly skilled in verbal and written communications; ability to conduct meetings, execute plans, and write memorandums of instruction
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; ability to write memos, use email, develop and use spreadsheets

Required Education:

  • No specific degree requirement.
  • Qualifications are experience-based
    • minimum 5 years IT/Army management
    • minimum 2 years financial management).
  • Preferred Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Management, or related field.

Required Certifications:

  • DoD Cyber Awareness Training (required prior to network access and annually thereafter; IAW DoDD 8140.01/DoDM 8140.03/AR 25-2)
  • AT Level I Awareness Training (within 30 calendar days of performance start)
  • iWATCH Army Training (within 30 calendar days of performance start)
  • ATCTS (Army Training Certification Tracking System) registration required
  • Preferred Certifications:
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent
    • DoD 8140/8570 compliant certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CAP)

Required Security Clearance:

  • US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a NACI or higher clearance, per contract requirements.

Other Requirements:

  • Required training includes DoD Cyber Awareness, AT Level I, iWATCH, and ATCTS registration.
  • Travel requirements vary (5-25%) annually
