Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of bartending experience.
  • VLT (Video Lottery Terminal) knowledge and experience preferred.
  • Valid Smart Choices certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong customer service and cash-handling skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

Bartending Duties:

  • Greet all guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests.
  • Follow responsible liquor service guidelines.
  • Assist with opening, closing, stocking, and inventory duties.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

VLT Cashier Duties:

  • Process VLT payouts and transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify guest identification and eligibility according to gaming regulations.
  • Handle cash, deposits, and balancing of cash floats.
  • Maintain accurate records of VLT transactions.
  • Assist guests with VLT machine inquiries and basic troubleshooting.
  • Monitor gaming activity and report concerns or irregularities to management.
  • Ensure compliance with all gaming, liquor, and company policies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and secure gaming area.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months of bartending experience.
  • Previous VLT cashier or gaming experience is considered an asset.
