Job description

Corporate Enterprise Training Activity Resource System Manager

You will serves as the Corporate enterprise Training Activity Resource System (CeTARS) Manager for all courses taught by Naval Leadership and Ethics Center (NLEC) detachments, serving approximately 50,000 graduates annually.

You will manage database permissions, granting authorized access to detachment Course Data Processing (CDP) owners to enroll and graduate students in their respective courses.

You will create and manage the combined training schedules for 14-high profile annual convenings (Major Commands, Prospective Commanding Officer, Spouse courses etc.).

You will interface closely with course leads to coordinate, schedule, and assign instructors for over 2,700 individual topics taught annually.

You will independently design, build, and maintain custom database reports to provide leadership with real-time operational training metrics.
