Job description

Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) is seeking a dedicated skilled volunteer to join the Global Volunteer Engagement (GVE) department to serve as a program assistant. Working closely with our program support coordinator, administrator and specialists, the program assistant will provide administrative support for one of HFHI’s internationally focused volunteer short-term build programs, Global Village. This position can be remote but within the U.S

  • Assist with managing emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Help maintain accurate records, databases, and contact lists.
  • Support event planning, scheduling, and logistics as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive organizational and constituent information.
  • Maintain established relationships with volunteers and assist with onboarding new ones into the program.

Ensure timely reporting and accurate completion of other internal processes as needed.
