Job description

Position Summary
Verity Integrated Systems is seeking a Program Integrator / Program Analyst to support the execution of complex Department of War programs. This position will work with program leadership, engineering, finance, contracts, supply chain, quality, and customer representatives to maintain schedule, budget, risk, and reporting discipline.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update the Integrated Master Schedule in Microsoft Project.
  • Track milestones, dependencies, critical-path activities, risks, and action items.
  • Support budget planning, cost tracking, forecasts, and budget-versus-actual reviews.
  • Coordinate inputs across engineering, finance, contracts, procurement, quality, and test teams.
  • Prepare program status reports, dashboards, executive briefings, and customer updates.
  • Track deliverables, technical reviews, staffing actions, and major program events.
  • Identify schedule, cost, and integration issues early and support corrective actions.
  • Support program reviews, IPT meetings, and action-item closure.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, finance, management, or a related field.
  • Three or more years of experience supporting DoD, aerospace, defense, or other technical programs.
  • Experience using Microsoft Project to develop and maintain schedules.
  • Experience with budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, or financial reporting.
  • Strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Active security clearance.
  • Experience with missile, aerospace, flight-test, prototype, or acquisition programs.
  • Familiarity with Integrated Master Schedules, Work Breakdown Structures, risk management, and Earned Value Management.
  • Experience with Power BI, Jira, or Microsoft Lists.
  • PMP, DAU, scheduling, or related certification.
Performance Expectations
The Program Integrator / Program Analyst will be expected to:
  • Maintain an accurate and current program schedule.
  • Provide leadership with a reliable view of schedule, cost, risk, staffing, and deliverable status.
  • Ensure program actions and decisions are documented and closed.
  • Improve coordination across functional teams.
  • Identify emerging issues early enough for leadership to take corrective action.
  • Reduce missed deadlines, conflicting information, and last-minute program surprises.
  • Help the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager maintain disciplined execution across the program.
Reporting Relationship
This position will report to the Program Manager or Deputy Program Manager and work closely with the Program Controller and technical leads.
